Pseudo-brokers were put on the list of KNF warnings

created Paweł MosionekDecember 26, 2016

The intensifying attack of "international investment companies", which in their activities focus primarily on investment proposals in the so-called debuts (be sure to read: WHY (DO NOT) INVEST IN DEBUTES OF COMPANIES WITH FOREX BROKERS? ), slowly turns not so much into a plague, but even into a nationwide scandal. Companies of this type can call the same people even several times a day, and the list of people who have suffered from this procedure is growing every day. And finally - after many reports from traders harassed by telephones and aggrieved clients, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority has finally taken the first steps in this direction. The entities which are most "famous" of the described activities have been added to the list of public warnings. Some of them are already under criminal proceedings in Polish courts.

List of companies added to the list of warnings:

  • Alpha Finex Ltd with headquarters in Roseau
  • Alpha Advanced Innovation Limited with headquarters in London
  • Bloomfx sp. Z oo with headquarters in Warsaw
  • IL Trade sp. Z oo with headquarters in Warsaw
  • Joshua Consulting Ltd with headquarters in London
  • Marshall Advanced Innovation based in London (entity also operating under the trade name of KSF Trade)
  • Marshall Software based in Anquilli (entity also operating under the trade name of KSF Trade)
  • Trademarker Cyprus Ltd with headquarters in Limassol

We recommend that you do not make any payments to the accounts of the above-mentioned institution and keep them as far away as possible.

How to deal with brokers harassing telephones

Unfortunately, the surest method is to change the phone number, but nobody wants to decide on it. You can record such a conversation (there are special programs for this, both for iOS and Android) and send it to the appropriate authorities, but at the moment they are already well informed about the whole procedure, so it will be only one of the next reports. It is best to end the call as soon as possible and add the calling number to the blocked contacts. It is only a waste of time to start any talks, as telesalesmen have already reached their peak in their insolence.
