New Forex brokers on the list of warnings: KNF, FCA, IFSC, ASIC

created Paweł MosionekApril 27 2018

Regulators have carried out spring cleaning among Forex brokers. In recent days, a total of x entities from four countries hit the list of warnings, and one of them has suspended a license to conduct brokerage activities.

Poland: Exbino

A well-known brand of options broker owned by Seymour BV registered in Curacao. The subject was placed on the black list of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in connection with the suspicion of committing a crime under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments, i.e. conducting brokerage activities without the permission of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Exbino keeps its website in Polish, and in the tab Contact you can find a contact phone with the area code for Warsaw. This clearly suggests that the broker's activity is targeted at Polish clients, while not being notified to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and having any permits or licenses.

United Kingdom: 3 brokers

The British financial supervision, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), announced that as many as three entities were placed on the list of warnings at the same time. All three of them are focused on providing financial and investment services without the required permits.
