Maxitrade - another unregulated Forex broker on the KNF's warning list

A Maxitrade broker has hit the list of public warnings of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. This company was already loud in 2018 year on Internet forums and investment groups on Facebook. The KNF has finally reacted.

MaxiTrade embezzled funds?

The company operating under the Maxitrade brand is officially called Maxi Services Ltd., although it has also started to work under the brand-clones such as Agricole Trade, Olympus Markets and Aspekn Hodlings (this list may be extended). The cases of the broker's clients described in the network refer mainly to embezzlement of paid funds and problems with the execution of withdrawals.

The broker can inspire trust among Polish traders by running a website in Polish (with correct translation), Forex and cryptocurrency offer based on, among others on the MetaTrader 4 platform and "encourage" with the vision of making alleged profits through compatriots.

Ranking of the "best traders" by Maxitrade

The company boasts on its site having License / certificate issued by the International Financial Market Relations Regulation Center (IFMRRC), however, you can not find any reliable information in the network confirming the reliability of this institution.

Na the Commission's warnings letter Maxi Services Ltd. was found due to suspicion of committing a crime under art. 178 Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (operating in the field of trading in financial instruments without required authorization or authorization). The relevant notification has already been submitted to the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office.
