The largest cryptocurrency market in Poland, BitBay.net, has just published the results of surveys conducted among its clients. The attempt exceeded 2,5 thousand people, so it was much larger than in classic studies, ending with eg the publication of pre-election surveys. Therefore, their results can be treated quite seriously, and the conclusions flowing from them are largely surprising.

BitBay exchange together with the payment operator, she asked 10 questions in the survey, to which 2 thousand people decided to answer 582 people. These are people who trade cryptocurrencies through this platform.

Mostly men, relatively young

In the crypto-currency market, men dominate over 90% of all BitBay users. As a rule, they are young. More than half of the respondents are still in their twenties, and the largest group is composed of people aged 31-35.

Gently, or wide

It was also examined how many different cryptocurrencies are held by exchange participants. It can be said that those who invest in one selected cryptocurrency, as well as those who have more than 10, dominate here. Most of the people have invested in at least four different cryptocurrencies.

Of course, the greatest interest is of course Bitcoin. Its purchase was declared by as much as 70 percent. respondents. 1/3 has Ether, Liski and XRP. As much as 53 percent. However, it purchased other tokens, which clearly shows that many people are still looking for "gems" that can guarantee huge rates of return.

Faith in cryptocurrencies is growing

It is also worth paying attention to the fact that more and more people see the future of cryptocurrencies not only on exchangesbut also during daily payments. Over 90% of respondents believe that cryptocurrency payments are safe. And this even despite the fact that most have never paid with cryptocurrencies anywhere. Only 25 percent. respondents have such a transaction behind them. They usually bought electronic devices (15%), food (3%) and paid for trips (2%).

Those who paid with cryptocurrencies want to continue to do so. At the same time, they hope that the possibility of purchasing will be extended to new products and industries. The vast majority are convinced that this will be the case - 92 percent. says cryptocurrency payments will become more and more popular.
