Global Markets is on the KNF's list of warnings

On October 13, 2020, a new entity - Company Cubic Services Ltd. - to which the Global Markets trademark belongs, was placed on the public warning list of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.

Global Markets is a broker offering access to CFDs from the forex, commodities, stocks and indices based in Victoria, Seychelles.

According to the Commission's communication, the notification concerns the suspicion of committing an offense under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments (conducting business in the field of trading in financial instruments without the required permit or authorization). The proceedings were initiated by another entity and are conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

The UKNF communique reads:

“Company Cubic Services Ltd., an entity registered in Victoria, Republic of Seychelles, operating under the trademark Global Markets. Proceedings in the case of an act under Art. 178 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments is conducted by the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw. The KNF chairman joined the proceedings initiated by another entity. "
