The Polish Financial Supervision Authority, contrary to ESMA's opinion, decided to introduce the idea of extending the categorization of customers. An experienced customer is an option that paved the easier path to higher leverage. Any broker operating in Poland can offer a categorization change from a retail client to an experienced client (i.e. a retailer-professional). The conditions to be met are two and relate to marketing and the state of knowledge.

Leverage 1:100 - trader's dilemma

If you want to switch to a higher leverage, the trader has to make a choice. Run away to a broker outside the EU or stay in it. Now, the latter option is additionally supported by the option of "switching" to an experienced client, which is a less demanding step than in the case of professional customer.

We described in detail what it looks like categorization process TYM article. If you already know what it is, you can see that the only uncertainty can be caused by the condition of knowledge. If you do not have special certificates or have not studied economics, then it is actually possible to undergo training for a minimum of 50 hours.

As expected, after the changes entered into, the brokers immediately set to work to help meet this condition. The first brokerage house that prepared a tailor-made solution is X-Trade Brokers.
