Dukascopy LP PAMM test - Week # 13. Hopeless but stable

created Paweł MosionekDecember 3, 2018

We're back with our long-term test on the account PAMM LP Dukascopy. As a reminder: 20 000 real investment capital invested with the expected rate of return of 10-12% on an annual basis with a very conservative approach to risk. The next 4 weeks have passed since the last summaryand the test itself is already 13 weeks, or 91 days.

The PAMM account is stable

This heading perfectly describes the current state. The investment has stalled. It is disturbing that you can not see any change. Throughout the current investment period, we have had both a wave of stagnation and increased volatility on the market. In both cases, a significant advantage could not be observed, although it can be safely stated that the volatility had a negative impact on the balance of the account.

The trading method itself has not changed. The transaction is what is not a measure, the symbolic volume, and the trade is actually on everything that is possible.

Start-up capital: 19 906 zł
Current capital: 19 994 zł
The rate of return: + 0,44 %
The current duration of the investment: 91 days

Below is the overall summary of the balance sheet PAMM account broken down by day.

Wnioski

Still the biggest advantage of the strategy is the very low level of risk. I have not been able to observe a decrease in capital that would have caused my concerns about the further fate of the account. Unfortunately, at the same time, I am also losing faith that suddenly the capital curve will gradually start to move in the right direction. So far, "only" 25% of the time from the one-year period has passed, so a lot can still change ... Or nothing at all :-).
