cTrader 4.3 Desktop with new features [Update]
After 3 months from the last update, Spotwarte releases another version of its flagship product. The cTrader 4.3 platform in the Desktop version has gained a wide range of new technical analysis tools, including new types of charts. The functionality was also improved by introducing, inter alia, holidays and futures expiration dates in the window Market Hours.
cTrader 4.3 Desktop with a lot of news
Spotware in this update put the main emphasis on improving the functionality and adding more elements from the sphere of technical analysis. Below we present the most important new products that have appeared on the platform.
Area Chart - a new type of chart
The area chart type is similar to the line chart except that the area under the line chart is filled with a specific color. You can use an area chart to easily visualize your long-term price trend.
Synchronized viewfinder
Tool Synchronized Crosshair allows you to drag the crosshair onto one chart while replicating it on multiple open charts, making technical analysis over multiple time frames much more efficient and easier.
Account names
Users can now assign their own names to their accounts, eliminating the need to remember their account numbers. This is helpful to e.g. configure a list of accounts e.g. by strategy or by group of symbols, simplifying account management.
Arrow drawing tool
A tool for drawing lines with arrows on charts has been added, which allows you to point to certain points or show the price movement or the movement of the indicators.
Holidays and contract expiration dates
From now on, users can see information about futures contracts expiry dates and upcoming holidays (non-trading days for selected instruments). This results in greater transparency of the given symbols and the possibility of more effective planning of investment activities.
